Columbia River Gorge wildflowers and wild oaks create a spring fairland of balsamroot and lupine in a protected ravine off the famous old gorge highway below Nature Conservancy property at Rowena Overlook. Near the towns of Hood River, The Dalles, and Rowena, Oregon. Wildflowers are literally being blown inside out by wind.
