Closed carousel. Located adjacent to Oaks Bottom Wildlife Refuge on the Willamette River in downtown Portland, Oregon this park was closed for winter when photographed. It provides a wonderful contrast to the adjacent natural wildlife area and also adjoins sandy river beaches.
