Coal cook and heating stove in the lobby of the Hotel Meade, Bannack, Montana is a ghost town preserved as a Montana State Park. Camping is peaceful, the town historic. A remnant of Montana's gold mining history the park is west of Dillon, Montana a few miles off State Highway 278. The Hotel Meade was formerly the Beaverhead County Courthouse.
