A family watches the resident glassblower in Wintrhop, WA. Old time wooden sidewalks and buildings bring the town unique character at the east end of Highway 20, the North Casccades Pass. The Chewuch River runs toward the Methow River at the village of Winthrop, where the two merge to drain throught the Methow Valley to the mighty Columbia at Lake Pateros.
