Pt. Wilson Lighthouse, Strait of Juan de Fuca, near Port Townsend, Washington. Established in 1879, the lighthouse is within Fort Worden State Park. The fort, now decommissioned, formed part of a triad of gun emplacements constructed in the 1890's to protect Puget Sound. k Fort Flagler on Marrowstone Island and Fort Casey on Whidbey Island comprise the other two points of the triangle. Excellent camping and a boat launch flank the point. Olympic Peninsula
